HEADPHONIUS the god of EARDRUM DESTRUCTION

This was meant to be a joke but it's not anymore. Here's some information. (made this up on my own, forgive my messy handwriting)

Once every 3,000 years, HEADPHONIUS, the god of EARDRUM DESTRUCTION awakens. He is always angry because everybody is making themselves go deaf with their "stupid music". So he figured, why not do the favor for them? His normal form is HEADPHONE MODE. He can fly in this mode. When he is just about to change mode, his headphones turn out and produce a screeching noise. He turns into EARBUD MODE, the most feared secondary mode in all of Enoclar. 
He plugs himself into the Incus Volcano, and lets out such a horrible noise that the only way you can stop it is if you go inside a building, house, or some sort of shelter.
Within a 10,000 mile radius this will have taken effect, and will last for an hour. Inside of a building, the noise will go away completely. It's a wonder how, but you will NOT go deaf if you are inside. Watch the locals panic!
